SHIPPING
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering (Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the status of your order.
Please note: Ashley York is NOT responsible for missing packages that are delivered to the address as stated on the order and signed by someone other than the recipient.

At Ashley York we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 6-12 days. For US Orders, please allow time for customs clearance.
When shipping to the U.S.A. additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and excise import fees.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Ashley York
(including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
International Shipping (Not including US)
For International orders an option of Canada Xpresspost (estimate 4-8 business days from Canada to International destination) is offered for a flat fee of $30.00. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@shopashleyyork.com for more information regarding International Orders.
When shipping to International destinations additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and excise import fees.
Customs/Duties
Orders shipped outside of North America may have additional charges for customs and duty. These are charged and determined by the shipping company and not by Ashley York. If you have questions regarding customs and duty for your country, please contact us for more information.
Rush Delivery
We can arrange for a rush delivery using the most cost efficient courier possible. Please let us know if you require a Rush Delivery either by e-mail at info@shopashleyyork.com and we will contact you with the shipping cost.
General Information
Custom orders and furniture orders may be longer and this is noted on individual product pages.
Do you live on Bowen Island? Ashley York provides Bowen Residents free delivery and pickup on all purchases! Please let us know during the checkout process.
If your purchase is a gift for someone else, please let us know the mailing address in the comment box.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Ashley York will only accept return requests within 3 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Returns or Exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges between sizes must be done within 14 days of the reception of the package. Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.
Please refer to the "Return Policy Procedures" when returning an item(s), by indicating on the form provided with your order, the new size you would like instead.
If it is for a completely different item(s), we recommend that you place a new order, and return the item(s) you do not want.
RETURN POLICY PROCEDURES:
1. Email info@shopashleyork.com to request a Return Authorization number within 3 days of receiving your package.
2. Once a Return Authorization number has been issued to the customer, send the item back to Ashley York with the Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate "RETURN" on all shipping documents submitted.
3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid either via UPS, Fed Ex or insured USPS or Canada Post Mail.
4. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of Return Authorization number.
Ashley York will credit the card on which the purchase was made for the returned item(s). Look for our email confirmation in reference to the status of your return.

Ashley York will deny all returns that do not have a valid Return Authorization numberclearly visible on the package.
Pre-Orders Policy
If you like shopping early, you're going to love being able to pre-order some of our boutique children's clothes. Simply choose your item(s) you'd like to order and pay half upon ordering and pay the remainder when the order ships.
If your order more than one item including a pre-order, please choose one shipping method and we will ship your first item as you desire. When your pre-order is shipped, you will not be charged shipping again.
Pre-order dates are estimated, and are dependant upon the manufacturer's time table. Once the pre-order is placed, your order will be processed as all other orders.
We do accept cancellations for pre-orders.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
At Ashley York your personal information is always kept confidential. Your information will never be used publicly and will only be used for internal use. This includes confirming and tracking your orders, or if you so desire, e-mailing you our newletter. When you suscribe to our newsletter, we only use the information you provide us in order to send it to you. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe, just send an email to info@shopashleyyork.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.
We will not share or sell your personal information with any organizations. We only collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and mailing address. We never keep any banking or credit card information. Your details are kept private and confidential at all times.
We keep this information safe in our secure online database. We use the newest security technology for e-shopping available. You can rest assured that your orders are transmitted to us on secure lines using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All your personal information and financial information is stored in encrypted language at all times.

OUT OF STOCK
We do our very best to continuously update our inventory. In rare instances, an item may not be in stock when we complete your order.
If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will promptly contact you via email and your credit card will be refunded.
All changes will be reflected on your final receipt.
CANCELING AN ORDER
We try to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. But you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund your credit card for the full amount of the order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Ashley York does not offer price adjustments at this time.
